Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Hello Friend! We hope that you only reached this page to learn about our return policy and would never need to file for that request with us.
All Vostok watches have very complicated mechanisms and are required to go through a rigorous testing cycle at the factory for several weeks prior to being released into the sales channels to endure that the mechanism is fully operational. Statistically around 3% of the watches fail the test and remain at the factory, while remaining 97% are dispatched through distribution. In addition to that, our team completes a second round of test once we receive all watches to ensure their operational condition prior to shipping to our customers. This 2-tier approach should nearly eliminate a chance of defective items in your hands. Remember, the watches also carry 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
However, anything can happen, and we stand 100% behind the authentic and original products that our company sells. We made our return policy straightforward for both sides of this transaction.
Returns:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund.
- Only items purchased directly from https://www.buyvostok.com can be returned to us.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is in new, unworn, unopened condition and contains original manufacturers packaging such as hang tags, stickers, warranty card (very important), manuals, box, etc.
- You may not wear, alter, service, tamper with or size an item you are returning. Returns will be refused in case of any sign of wear.
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (We are proudly located in Florida, USA)
Note: Prior to returning any items, please email our returns department at returns@buyvostok.com with your order number and reason for a requested return. Our team will authorize the return request and provide with the information where to mail your item. Please allow between 3-5 business days to process the return once the item has been received.
Defective Items:
In rare cases of a defective item, we are here to assist.
- Please contact our returns department within 14 days from the date you received it at returns@buyvostok.com with the details of the defect.
- Our team will provide further instructions along with the address where to mail the return.
- Returned defective items may not be altered, serviced, tampered with, or sized, otherwise return will be declined, and our team will ship it back.
Extended Warranty: All Vostok watches carry 1 year manufacturer’s warranty directly from the factory, however you would be required to mail your item to Russia, wait for factory’s fix and return shipping. Overall process might take up to 3 months.
As we build our reputation within the watch enthusiast community, https://www.buyvostok.com is happy to announce that we will provide our own warranty for 1 months from the date of your order against defects of the mechanism (only).
To qualify for the warranty:
- Only items purchased directly from https://www.buyvostok.com are covered under the extended warranty.
- Watches may not be altered, serviced, or tampered with (this will be verified once item is received)
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to us (We are proudly located in Florida, USA)
- Any returned watches must also be accompanied with the original warranty card that came with the order. We care not able to cover your warranty without that card.
- If the same item is available in stock, new one will be sent to you at our expense
- If the same item is not available, our team will place an order with the factory, and we will deliver to you once it arrives (might take up to 3 months)
For any extended warranty requests, please reach out to our returns department returns@buyvostok.com with order number and explain the problem in detail. Our team will authorize the request and provide with the information where to mail your item and next steps.
Remember that all watches have also a full 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. You may always reach out directly to them and the factory will also provide with the options of the return as long as you have the warranty card that came with the order and its within 1 year of the date on the card + grace period.
